The Sojourn Hotel Group is a dynamic and forward thinking hotel partnership.  The group was established in 2008 with the purchase of two Holiday Inn Express hotels in April 2008. Two further Express hotels followed in January 2009 and January 2010.

A new 60 bedroom Hotel Indigo hotel is currently under refurbishment in York Place Edinburgh. This is scheduled to open in 2012. A further 100 bedroom Hotel Indigo hotel will open in Walmgate York in the summer 2012.

The strategic intent of the partners is to develop a portfolio of predominantly branded hotels across the UK focusing on operations that provide limited food and beverage services, high quality guest rooms with excellent staff.
